Step 1
The first step in getting your loan is to complete an application. This will ask basic information such as the property address, your full name and address, etc.
Step 2
Typically, we’ll get you an approval within one business day. We’ll also target a closing date for the loan.
Step 3
Closing and funding will occur once the file is complete and title is clear, usually within two business days.
